Hi all, some advice please.
I entered my blue eyed snow spotted bengal (Ice Blizzard)female,in to our first show. The Cambria cat club show on the 13th of October in Thornbury,Bristol. There were only 2 snow spotted kitten entered and Ice came second in class.
When I checked the show report it had the kitten that came first in Ice's class and another kitten that was actually a brown marble, male kitten listed under snow spotted kittens. But the actual report was for a snow spotted female.
Did the judge get mixed up and just put the wrong name down?
Could the report be about Ice?
Should I contact the gccf?

I hope I have'nt confused everyone lol :-).

Any advice would be welcome, it would be nice to know what the judge thought about Ice.

Sandy

Hi Sandy

Yes it is wrong - those two marble kittens were judged by Mr P Cornish - so shouldn't be under C Jones' reports at all. However I think the reports themselves are correct (as the report on the second placed cat is mentioned as having blue eyes - which is your cat not the marble) - it is the published names that are not.
Contact the Cambria club and let them know. :)

Thank you so much for the reply :-).

If it is Ice's report then I'm really pleased,it's hard when it's your first show.
Not knowing what to expect,if your cat/kitten is good enough to show.
Or even if the judge will like your cat/kitten,it good to get some feed back.
And this will encourage me to carry on showing Ice, as I really enjoyed it.
And so did Ice.:-)
I went to the supreme cat show today, had a great time and think I might even enter next year.
I will contact the Cambria cat club, once again thank you for the help :-)

I was at the Cambria show as well, exhibiting my Tonkinese girl. We were penned next to two very loud bengal kittens, brown spotted.

It is frustrating waiting for show reports. We are still waiting on 1 from Cambria and 1 from Wyvern which was ages ago. I have asked the GCCF about those though.

Hi lollo, we were at the other end of the row, at Cambria show. It was our first show and everyone was really nice. Did panic a bit when the fire alarm went off though.
I've emailed the gccf,so will be waiting for a reply. Ice isn't very vocal, but I'm sure we she starts calling she will be lol:-).she's 6 months old.
