I am picking up our new baby in 3 to 4 weeks her mum is gccf and her dad is ticca does anyone know if I can have the kitten registered gccf? As I'd like to try showing her with her sister Akila [/code]

you will have to register her with tica then you can import her over to gccf once you have the tica papers and a certified pedigree from tica that is the only way you would be able to do it as far as i know

Thank you, the breeder is looking into it, it just would of been easier to register with Gccf than having to go through Ticca first, never mind.

i know i had that problem with my current litter mum is gccf dad is tica stud owners didnt want to gccf register him so have had to register with tica then bring them over to gccf which i prefer

If the mum is GCCF registered then the breeder will be able to register the litter with the GCCF

i rang gccf and they told me with my litter as mum is gccf registered but dad is tica registered that unless the owner of the stud move him to gccf i would have to register the kittens with tica then import them over to gccf said there was no other way around it???

Thanks Lucas, the breeder is in the process of buying the stud so that could be possible but maybe not in time. Anyway thanks everyone.
