She is only too old for the kitten classes as they are for 4-8month old. She can be shown in the Adult classes, aslong as you have the ok from the breeder regarding showing then go for it - you will never know unless you try :D

think you can show up until like 12years old + ?? Some people wait until they mature what we are doing with our boy, so no not to old!!!

You will need to check the Tica cert to see that the "show" box is ticked. IMHO it is polite to check with the Breeder - I know a lot of breeders charge more for "show quality" cats

She looks beautiful

hi the cat was purchased when it was 13 weeks by my mother in law,she speaks broken english so dont know if it was show quality or pet, there are no restrictions on tica paper, just called them to make sure of any restiction they said the cat is on the active register but no mention of show on certificate. i am trying to find contact details of breeder.

so she was bought as a breeding queen? They normally cost double/triple the pet price, so you would def know if she was bought as one lol! :)

If she is registered on the active then there would be nothing preventing showing would there?

I thought active gave implicit permission to show, and non active had the option?

don't thank me, I may well be wrong.. That was what I THOUGHT, not necessarily what happens ;)

I would not be entirely happy if I had paid £1500 and then found out I could not even show though!
