Off to the show on saturday - just wondering those of you that show what do you use to transport all your 'stuff' and cats to shows....??

Im only taking one of mine, but obviously got my cat box, will be taking all the other stuff too - litter trays, food toys etc - but not really sure at the moment how to carry it all - ANY IDEAS please

Are you going to both days??

I am hoping to visit on sunday as i live not too far away.

Was hoping to take one or two of my cats but left it too late to enter so will just visit again to see how things are run. So look forward to hearing the advice given.

Good Luck... you taking your little girl?

Hiya,

Im going on the saturday only sadly....but yes taking little poppy for the kitten classes - bit nervous as not been to any shows....only dog ones lol

I actually had a brain wave - which is most unlike me  but decided to put everything in one of those small hand lugage suitcases with wheels and extendable handle....and then can just carry the cat box, good job I have my personal assitant coming with me aka my husband

There is soooo much to remember - my poor brain !.....Ive still got the joys of clipping her claws this evening - out comes the da bird I think to tire her out

Shame you missed the entry date :(

Good plan with the suitcase Claire!
I usually have a big holdall-type bag that I sling over my back, The die-hard exhibitors often have wheely trollies to pile the cat boxes & equipment bags on to trandport between car & show, but it's not so difficult with just one cat.
Looking forward to it! I'll be there both days so do come & say hello Selina & Lollo :D

Hi Claire,

A large holdall does the job (Tescos are selling someplain light blue ones for £8) May not be worth it if you're only going to use it once but if you're going start showing more regularly it's worth investing in.

A lot of breeders use the Royal Canin holdall bags. RC have regular special offers and you can get one free if you order a particular amount of food.

We use a large luggage bag on wheels, much easier to drag along

Good luck at the show!
