Im Kate and I have a really nice bengal girl .. she is now 10 months old, and she already started calling... boys so i bought her like a breeding queen and i found for her a stud boy, he is very nice,and not too far from us ..
but i was too late, and i send form about transfer the ownership to GCCF before Christmas... and I still havent got the registration card, which i should get... am i right? Im realy not sure what i supposed to do now.. Im an amateur breeder, that my first time...

what you think, how long its gonna take till i get that registration card? if im right without that card i cant mate my kitty with that boy... :S (?)

The stud owner will ask for pkdef fiv felv (even HCM now) first then the gccf active slip with the pedigree. Has she been tested?

To be honest with SO many breeders giving up, including me I wouldnt mate her, I have friends with 7 - 10month old kittens they cant give away for free, TOO many crosses and byb out there, sorry to be a barer of bad news but just using a local stud is not the best idea your meant to research lines/pattern/health and who is best for your girl, not just the closest stud to you.

That isnt that long to wait its Christmas and the office was closed, you may have to wait another 8-12weeks for it, also your girl is only 10months old, needs to have 3 calls min and bengals do not mature early Id leave her till later, they are very very hard to breed, c-sections, leaving kittens, miss-carrying, all problems that I have only had with bengals, and you need to raise the kitens properly!Simple things that you should know

Has she has the health tests that I have stated and the studs have that you are looking at?
Its not as simple as you paid for it, I have paid for 2 infertile girls, no money back lost it, and one who needed a c-section which cost me £900, lost £1,500 on another bengal litter and recently give my breeding show girl away for free as no one is buying them. No need to try just once, just once creates X amount of kittens for others to try just once, unless you are going to neuter them before they leave you? I dont everybody should not get the chance to breed their pet cats, some shouldnt even be allowed to own pets! Thats why I neuter mine before they leave me as PETS, I do not sell any for breeding, there are too many unwanted moggies as it is without people buying pedigrees just for a quick litter!! Is the breeder you bought her from aware that you just fancied a litter? Im really shocked I would never ever ever sell someone a kitten who had said that to me. I know both lines I think you need to research more about health and breeding if you didnt know about the calling, that I learned 10years before I had my first breeding girl.
