Hi all, I am expecting my first bengal litter of the year soon!! I have waited 9 months, we thought that my girl was infertile like her half sister that I owned, I sorted out the neutering only to get a phone call from the stud owner... she is in kitten!! After 9 months & 3 tries! Am sooo excited as she is my homebred girl!

I am expecting Snows, silvers and maybe silver snows, question is how would I tell the snows apart? Mum is a blue eye snow dad is a silver carry snow, I asked about browns aswell, but I now cant remember what what said! (its late and Im excited!)

I think silvers have more of a greyish look to their coat pattern and a snow is more like a beige color. I maybe wrong but that's how i determine for me lol

would a silver snow have the background coat coloring of a snow but the darkness of the coat patter of a silver?

I have been looking at pics and I think the silvers have more of a silver face I can see that its going to be hard for me to tell these apart!!

From what I've heard the best way to tell a silver snow is by looking at the back of their ears, apparently the backs of the ears on silver snows will be silver as opposed to normal lynx/mink ear colouring. I don't know how easy that would be as we have only had regular lynx babies

A true seal lynx will have red eyes in a camera flash - thats as much as I know lol

lol talk about confusing!! I think Ill wait till they arrive, I have seen a few silver snows, but never really though 'thats a silver' as wasnt that much difference, but these were kittens! So doesnt actually help me!
