Can i ask breeders how much it costs them for a few things at their vets?

Just want to compare really.

It's difficult for me know the exact prices as I have an account with my vet and I tend to just pay the bill without looking at the breakdown

The last time I checked the prices were (a good few years ago):

Vaccinations (3-way) - £79

Snap test - £30

Neutering - £60 males, £90 females.

I do receive a 30% discount on vaccinations and a 10% discount on everything else though. Just out of interest my vet now uses a new company for out of hours service which costs an absolute bloody fortune. It is now £350 just to step in the door before they even see you and your pet. Insane London prices

Hi Lollo! I'm not a breeder, but have just been to the vet for my boy to have his weepy eye looked at, and got his annual service and jabs done while there.
In Portsmouth, the annual jab used to cost me @ £55 for Nobivac Tri Trio and Nobivac FeLv. The initial set is @£68 - 70.
I have just changed vet and they charged me £58 for a new booster called Fevaxyn Pentofel, and some Fucithalmic Vet eye drops, so it was considerably less for the boosters! The vet assured me it was as good if not better than the Nobivac, but had the benefit of a Chlamydia vaccine, as Merlin has an inflamed inner lid, and this is sometimes a cause of conjunctivitis in cats!
They charge from around £50 for boys and £85 for girls to have their 'ops' - dependant on your preferred anaesthetic / gas!

Vaccinations £44 - Pentofel, I then get 15% off for 2 cats, 20% for 3 and 25% for 4 (useful for litters)

Spay £49 females £39 males

Consultations are £29 for the first, £21 for the second and £16.50 for any subsequent ones

Cannot for the life of me remember the Snap test - but £15 is coming into my head.

£50 basic vacs the extra is £70-ish from what I can remember per kit

snap test £35 odd

neutering £50 (£68 for girls - like above I just tend to pay it!!) + £10 on top micro chip

neutering around me though is £20-70 if done at 6 months (but the £20 wont do it earlier - I asked but they had no responce as to why! And they are closer Grrr!)

consult £27-35

out of hours £85-175 just to walk through the door the closer you go to london the more expensive it gets!

no discounts given anywhere I have ever looked, even when I take in 2 litters and ask lol
