Heh, so last week when I went to Petsmart (I go there to get litter and dry food) I got them one pouch of temptations, just to see what their reaction would be... They came running when I opened up the bag, and got really excited. Serafina took one sniff, and then looked up at me like "wtf? why did you bother getting THIS?". Gaga, who is more food motivated and less picky, sniffed, pulled back, sniffed, batted at it, sniffed, then sadly gave up on it and walked away, disappointed. Neytiri's reaction was like Serafina's. No interest whatsoever.

So I'm proud of my cats, lol. 3 paws down.

Lucky you. To be honest Bindi is not as motivated as Nini in our house and Nini has always been junk food connoisseur

Brian, you spent at least $1.50 on those treats -- probably more at the pet store!!! My new treats arrive today and I'm sure my two are going to turn up their nose -- and I bought like six different types. Thankfully, a friend of mine has like 9 cats, so at least one of them might be interested if mine are not.

 Yea, I don't even know why I bought them really, just an impulse thing. I guess I just was curious what cats who have never had any such treats would think of them. I have my answer!

Well, with the new treats ... the freeze-dried ones -- Raiden says NO. Legs will eat them if I break them in half. They are pretty big. The other ones, Raiden ate them but it wasn't like he devours the Temptations. I'll keep trying different ones. I recall getting some Halo treats years ago for him and he wouldn't touch them. The good thing is the grain-free food is going okay. They both are eating it.

Temptations Treats will always have a special place in my home, because I do cat rescue.

If a cat is sick, traumatized, in hiding, or just generally upset with the world, Temptations makes everything better. They might turn down tuna or cheese or chicken pieces, but they never turn down Temptations!

Also, when Thomas came down with cancer, he reached a point where Temptations was the only food he would eat. His last meal was a small handlful of the catnip flavor.

Temptations are supposed to be treats, but Raiden wanted them for a meal, too. They just aren't nutritious enough to be the only source of food. But, I have very few left and he will be on the better treats. I have more on the way as well.

If you haven't seen the Temptations holiday commercial, it's hysterical:
