Has anyone's bengals had T- foetus? My vet thinks Larry may have that parisite.
His stools are like cow patties but REALLY liquid. I have been concerned even though he seems healthy oherwise. He's really thriving. I'm taking him to get tested for it and the vet thinks I should put him on a raw diet as an alternative to doing the test that is not cheap. Anyone experience this at all?

Go to the "health" section of the forum and you will find many topics on this. It's a difficult parasite to get rid of and many of our members have dealt with this. One had two cats that continued to cross contaminate each other until they were boarded at the vet and separated and treated to get rid of this. Unfortunately, most vets cannot test for this in their labs, so the sample has to be sent out. It is important to know for certain. Changing to a raw diet is not going to cure this. The only way to get rid of a parasite is with medication.

There's lots more. I just spent a few minutes paging through the health care section, looking for posts with TF in the title. Many many members here have had cats with TF.
