I want to start of by saying that the question has probably been asked before but I want to make sure about this in my case. I did read this section all the way back to 2010.
My female bengal kitten is 11 weeks old now weighing 2.14 lb. I’m currently transitioning her from Wellness Core kitten formula wet to Darwin’s natural raw, this has been going on for almost a week now and everything has been going smoothly. I also leave out Wellness Core kitten kibble to graze on whenever she feels like it.

My question is how much should I feed her? Before the raw she was fine with 0.88 oz (25g) per meal 4/day but since I started transitioning her she has really developed an appetite and will eat 1.6 oz (45g) per meal but she will be hungry after 2 and half hours and meow like crazy till I feed her again or she will go and eat kibble. If I feed her after 2 hours she will eat all of it as well and if I continue on this trend she will consume 6.1 oz of food per day which I think is a lot for a kitten.

Any advice on this will be greatly appreciated

Recommendation for the quantity to feed is usually on the label. Just know that most recommend giving your kitten several meals a day and allow her to eat as much as she will eat. She is growing and needs a lot of food. She's also probably using up a lot of energy during the day. Kittens will usually stop eating once they are full.

I think normally the strategy would be:

* figure out how many times/day you are willing to feed the raw/canned meals
* figure out how much is the max she'll eat during those meals, and feed slightly less than that (to avoid spoilage or waste)
* supplement with free-fed dry food (like you are doing).

Go with the above for the first 6-12 months or so, then at that point take a critical assessment of your cat's figure, and stop free-feeding the dry (maybe even eliminate it altogether). If needed you can also cut the raw/canned if she is gorging on it, but most of the time you won't have to do that.

My two kittens who are now about 8 months old NEVER stop eating but they are growing like crazy and are not overweight.

As long as you are certain your kittens are free of any parasitic infection which can make them have a ravenous appetite and they are not getting fat I would give them however much food they want.

My two eat a huge amount of wet food and they have a very good quality dry available to graze on.
