Hi Fellow Bengal Proprietors: I'm curious to know what type of dry and wet food you feed your Bengal(s)? At the moment my guy, who will turn three on April 30th, is on Royal Canin Oral Care dry food in addition to the Fancy Feast variety for wet food. Deeks' favorite flavour of Fancy Feast is without a doubt the 'chunky chicken' flavour . Absolutely loves it! Are there any other Bengal owners out there who have a similar diet for their cat(s) or maybe an favorite? Of course I'm referring to a Bengal who is roughly within the same age range.
What about a favorite toy? Does anyone have a Bengal who prefers a particular toy on a regular basis, one that he or she loves to play with every day?
Lastly are there any Bengal owners who have the cat wheel that allows his or her Bengal to turn by walking inside on the bottom as the wheel turns, thereby providing regular exercise and if so, where did you purchase it?
Appreciate any feedback.

My two 20 month old kitties eat Mauri venison wet food. Their dry food is Science Diet sensitive skin venison. They love both. Their current favorite toy are those cat springs. They will play with them for hours until the get lost under the sofa. They also have One Fast Cat Wheel. Only one uses it. I think she uses it more to make noise than exercise. They get more enjoyment and activity from cat shelves and towers.

Thanks for sharing CMYKjill. What exactly are the toys or 'cat springs' you're referring to, meaning what type of toy are they, what do they look like or do and where did you purchase them?
Thanks.

Quasar, our bengal, is just shy of 4 years old. He eats a raw food diet. The only pre-made variety he likes is duck. I make homemade as well, feeding him chicken hearts & gizzards with crushed eggshells for calcium and a taurine supplement. He is not food motivated but certainly eats enough of the food he is served.

Favourite toy is, far and away, Da-Bird or other similar teaser toys. He loves tunnels and his trees as well. Another favourite toy is our dog's tail.

Straws are fair game as well as elastics, if they are left lying around.

Chewy.com also sells them for a bit less. My cats growl and chase each othe to get the spring. They are so fascinated by them. Blondie also loves drinking straws and will steal them out of my beverages.

Oh the dilemma of cat food. So many varieties. I'm about to change dry foods and go completely grain free. I have a finicky almost 9-year old bengal who prefers Fancy Feast Elegant Medleys. I can't seem to get him to eat anything better for him. I've bought countless brands and he refuses to eat them. So I feed him what he likes, although I will probably try something new again in a while. What I have found is that he will eat tuna and salmon in the Elegant Medleys which he would never eat seafood before.

Toys? Raiden has a zlllion toys and doesn't really like anything but the end of the wand of the Da Bird. He has two cat dancers that can get him going for just a few seconds. My husband has better luck with Raiden playing than I do, yet I'm the one who has the time to play with him.

Serafina is really into Earthborn Hollistic canned, particularly the fish flavors. She eats quite a bit of Weruva and Tiki Cat also, and she also enjoys Orijen dry food. Neytiri will eat just about anything (thankfully! Hooray for having an easy cat!), so she generally eats what Serafina is eating (in a separate bowl of course).

Gaga is my problem eater. For months she was nibbling at this and that and showing no enthusiasm for anything except Blue Wilderness dry, duck flavor (must be duck flavor). But I discovered about a month ago that she will wolf down Rad Cat raw food (chicken or turkey). And the really odd thing about this is that once she's wolfed down her generous sized portion of that, she will THEN be interested in whatever Serafina and Neytiri are eating. Hmmm. :wacko2: It's like it stimulates her appetite and then she's like "oh yea, that other stuff might not be bad either...". Anyway, I'd love to rid myself and my cats of the Blue Buffalo food after the latest debacle, but it really is the only dry food that Gaga will eat. So only she gets it. The other two get the much better Orijen.

Mine don't actually fancy wet food. I've been giving them Hill's Science Plan for kittens, chicken or turkey, meat chunks in gravy. They have a go at it but usually don't eat it in one go. A few days ago I've also tried Royal Canin Kitten Sensitive and same thing - they liked it but were far from excited. They don't seem to like anything canned or of pate consistency (we've tried Hill's and Applaws).
As for dry food, they eat Orijen, moved from Hill's for kittens a few weeks back with no problem, and they're very happy with it.

The only toys they continuously like are themselves  . They also love when I play with them with the wand. As the new tree has a few hanging toys they take their time with them, let's see how long it lasts.

My Suri eats a dry/wet/raw combo diet. She has 24/7 access to Blue Buffalo Indoor Freedom Kitten dry food. She is also fed Blue Buffalo Indoor Freedom Kitten wet food 2x per day. She then gets bites of raw beef when I cook, or occassionally cooked chicken gibblets. She is thriving on her diet which is wonderful.

Her favorite toy is a small plush blue bird. There doesnt seem to be anything super special about her Bird, but boy does she LOVE it.

My babies eat a high meat-based diet called Canagan.
They're currently eating the Game variation which is 70% Rabbit, Venison and Duck.
They also receive wet food on a treat-basis only of Canagan wet food, which is a mixture of chicken and fish.

Their favourite toy(s) are silvervines and king catnip toys :)
