I was just wondering if anyone has had any luck with the natures variety brand food. Either canned or the frozen raw food they make. If so how much does your cat usually eat of it in a day, how much do you tend to spend monthly. I've been trying to give Zazu canned food and he's never too thrilled about it

You find something your kitty likes to eat and stick with it. I'm feeding two kitties and I spend around $125 a month including dry food. But, the cost definitely depends on the type of food you are buying. You're wasting your money on food your kitty won't eat, so stick with what he will.

I make my own raw but often use NV Instinct Raw duck patties. Quasar eats about 1 patty, 8 ounces, daily. Sometimes more, sometimes less. As a kitten he would eat 1 to 1 1/2 patties. Quasar is the healthiest cat I've ever had.

My husband accidentally dropped some cooked chicken on the kitchen floor and Raiden was on it in an instant. That's really the first time he's ever gotten human food. Normally, it's so spicy, he won't touch it. I also buy the 3 oz cans of food since Raiden will take an entire day to go through a larger can.
