I have found this diet and was wondering about a couple of things?

A couple things I'd like to change would be less fish and more chicken also I'd add the occasional rabbit and partridge.

Also I was wondering about adding an egg everyday, she give hers to her dogs, but as I have no dogs, I would end up throwing out a lot of eggs, why not let the cat eat the egg?

I don't make my own raw food (although I do buy raw formulas for them from time to time - the last few days they've been getting a quail-based formula), but it strikes me how haphazard her recipe is (in terms of ratios of ingredients), and the lack of any bone or bone meal seems like a really big oversight to me. I'm also suspicious about the reliance of fish and shrimp as two staples of her diet also.

I do not like her recipe at all.

It should never be as haphazard as that! She is actually missing essential nutrients. Too much liver is a bad thing and she doesn't say how much liver she uses each meal. Also, raw fish is not a great idea. It contains an enzyme that destroys Thiamin. In small amounts it is fine but she uses a large chunk of fish for each meal. I don't think tehre is anywhere near enough calcium in egg shells either, some bone or bone meal is essential. Her reasoning is very flawed!
