New Blue Wilderness Flavors!

I know many people here, like me, have bengals that eat "blue". I just learned that there are two new flavors coming out in May :surprised:

Trout, and one they call "red meat". They will come in both canned and dry. Sounds interesting. I'm actually excited for my cats :lol:

Whoop whooo! I am excited too! The red meat actually sounds like something Jasper will love. Thanks for sharing I will keep my eye out for it! Blue is by far BB's favorite and Jasper loves the wilderness dry food for some reason! He has been on a strict diet since having his tummy trouble but now that we have finished tf treatment and all is normal I will slowly add more wet food to his diet again and probaby put him back on blue.

I feed my kitties blue to vary their raw diet. New flavors sound interesting. I tried to find on their site where they source their meat products but I couldn't find it. Do any of you know where they get their meat products from?

I went to Petsmart last week, and low and behold they had the new flavors. I got both. I opened the "Red Meat" one, and my lot has had a few breakfasts of that, and they like it pretty well. They sit down and eat it in a very business-like way, no complaints, but no ultra-enthusiasm either. Oh well, I'll take it :lol:

Saw it on the shelf the last time I was at the store. If they had little samples I'd pick it up. Didn't want to commit to a big 'ol bag. Anyway, when we serve the kibble we serve it in a 'kibble broth' to encourage them to get their fluids with it and to hydrate it a tiny bit. BB suggests it on their bag. Just place some of the kibble in a bowl, add water, microwave for some seconds (I go 22) let sit for a short spell and serve. It actually seems to enhance the kibble and my cats go nuts for it. They yowl more for this than when I serve them raw.

I wonder if this was created to compare to the Rocky Mountain formula from Taste Of The Wild. The ingredients are very similar.

Well my pet store finally got the new flavors, well all they had was red meat which is the one I thought my cats would like. Well I was wrong! They both turned their nose at it and walked away! I knew Jasper would go nuts, he usually eats anything but I have had to restrict his diet. He didnt even remotely seem interested :rolleyes:
