I live in the southwest US, so I have no clue about the food you are investigating. Here's hoping someone more knowledgeable can address that diet plan.

Whatever you decide to do with her food, do not change it until after PCR testing results for TF are returned, the treatment plan is complete, and Tusara tests clear. Please remember to pool a 3-day sample a minimum of 7 days after any antibiotics. In-house fecal analysis will NOT diagnose TF but it could easily be mistaken for Giardia.
