Does anyone know the bone to meat ratio?

I've found somewhere near me that does minced chicken with 15% bone content. Does this sound like enough or not really? It's not something I can seem to find much on :/

I've never checked the ratio that results from grinding up a whole chicken. I wonder if it's near the number you quoted. Interesting question.

Although you can up your offal to 20% to include more heart for taurine - if you don't manually add it. but always stick to 10% bone
