Well, the only way to be 100% sure the organs you're feeding don't accumulate any crap in them is to raise them yourself but that is out of the question for most of us. I try to buy meat that's hormone free and raised naturally. I actually get the chicken from one brand that has this written all over the box.
Regarding the recipe you're feeding, I have a question regarding the necks: do you add them because they are cheper, for the bone content or for the teeth excercise? If you're not using a whole chicken, it's rather hard to get the calcium to phosphorus balance right.
If it's not cost related, I'd drop the necks (you can feed them as a whole meal, once a day, 2-3 times a week). It's also better to use the same type of protein throughout the recipe.
Cats generally do not need fiber, especially if they've been eating raw from the start. The problem comes in older cats that have been fed a comercial diet. Sometimes the elasticity of the intestines is lost and they have trouble moving the bowel content. These cats can benefit from added fiber that bulks out their stool.
It's normal to have small, dry poops. If they're going regularly and not straining, it's probably normal. But if you do want to give fiber a try, give psyllium powder a try.

How many times a day should you feed cats on a raw diet? (I read the whole disscution first to make sure no one asked that already so I wouldn't feel stupid )

On raw its very difficult to over feed. Number of times isn't different than cat food. A kitten should be fed any time it wants usually 4x a day. Adults 2x a day.

Something I've been noticing is my cat only eats when he's hungry and doesn't mind skipping a meal. Its hot here now and he eats less. He doesn't have a meal time he eats at anymore. I don't know if its because he can regulate what he needs better on raw or because we don't have any schedule. If we go hiking and he uses alot of energy he'll want fed sooner. A lazy day he wants to eat later. He goes over to his dish meows then I tell him "OK I'll defrost it". Then he quits begging. Every cat I've seen wants fed at a specific time. You could feed a cat 2hr before is meal time and it will still want feed at meal time and they'll act like there starving to death. In the winter I was feeding him @100gr twice a day. Now I give him about 50gr in the morning and 100gr at night. We often miss the first meal because he doesn't want it. If I put food out without him asking it often goes to waste. I'm curious if anyone else has a cat that acts this way?

Thanks our cats are sort of like that we have three cats and one community bowl we dont feed raw though so the bowl is always full and they eat when they like but none of our cats are over wheight so that is good.

That's different I don't leave food out. I understand your scenario, your cats can eat when they want. If its hot and my cats not active he may go 24hr without eating. That normally doesn't happen but 20hr maybe. Like today he skipped breakfast. He ate late last night because we took a night walk. I offered food this morning but he didn't eat and I threw it out. He let me know he was hungry earlier than usually so I feed him a quail in a couple of hours he let me know he was hungry so I gave him another quail. Usually he only eats one quail so I bet he won't ask for food till tomorrow night. But over the winter he eats more like every 12hr probably because he is constantly using energy to heat himself.

When I get a Bengal I want to use the raw diet but I'm a little scared, I'm worried I'll give the wrong kind of meat or give to big bones and kill her/him right away! Also every time I make recipe am I suppost to use the same meat or different meat each time?

Our kitten came from a breeder that feeds raw. I make the food from 3 chicken crowns (the full chicken without the legs), 1 whole rabbit (including organs), 1/4 of a beef heart, 400g chicken livers, 6 eggs and about 3 litres of water. I strip the breast meat off the chicken and cut it into chunks & grind everything else, i don't include the salmon oil as i read somewhere that it can lead to a vitamin deficiency.

When the breeder first mentioned the kittens ate raw i thought how much is this going to cost , i was amazed at how cheap it works out (around £15 for a months food) & best of all the cat is getting a great diet, the food doesn't smell, the cat doesn't smell and even the litter tray doesn't.
