Hello!

I have been searching for a Bengal kitten for about a month now. I live in Atlanta with my husband. We just recently lost his Tonkinese of 15 years, though we still have another Tonk who is very sweet and mothering. I previously had two Bengals but allowed my ex to keep them when we split in 2009, so I have lots of experience with the Bengal antics. We feed all grain free dry food and canned food twice a day. No other pets than our remaining Tonk, as well as no children or possibility of children. We also do not travel extensively, at most its for a long weekend once or twice a year, so I have a wonderful sitter available if needed.

I spoke with one breeder here in Georgia - they were difficult to reach and haven't yet posted newer photos or videos on their site/Facebook as promised. I was absolutely in love with one of their available kittens but the lack of communication has been disconcerting.

We would prefer a male - and if possible, be offspring of Suwanee Fudge Ripple (he was the father of my previous babies), but I am not at all opposed to another bloodline. I generally choose kittens based on personality and also would like to visit the breeder and check out the cattery, as well as confirm HCM negative and other conditions. I'm leaning a bit toward a male as our recently passed Tonk was also a male.

I hope this is enough information for some assistance in selecting a breeder.

I got my boy Mochi from Prismatic Bengals in GA. She is an AMAZING breeder and I am very picky about breeders. I also highly recommend Priscilla at Southlynn or Judy at Katzmeow Bengals. Also Boyds is a high quality breeder too. Have a look at all of those and see what you think.

Edit to add: I believe southlynn has fudge ripple lines and also bahiya bengals does too if you are looking for a marble bengal. I know at one time they had that line but I'm nor sure if they still do. It's been awhile since I have looked into marble lines

Southlynn Bengals had Suwanee Fudge Ripple of Southlynn. They may not be breeding him anymore, but all you can do is contact them and see.
