I am in the process of looking for a Bengal boy for our family. I could use a lot of help. I am looking for what will hopefully develop into a large male with spots and hopefully some rosettes. I would prefer the cat to have an orange/red/gold background. Based on the pics of these 2 kittens and their parents what do you think these fellas will look like later? Does either seem like it will be close to what I am looking for when it develops?

One of the kittens is $850 and another is $1000, I won't say which is which so I can find out if the price difference seems appropriate. Tanks for the help in advance. I am a bit overwhelmed!

Also perhaps someone can check the breeder page and see if it appears to be a responsible, good breeder who I should do business with?

I am in UK so can't help on prices, and only know what I like the look of, not what I should look for.
I do like the look of the father though. I am sure more experienced owners can tell you more.
Check on their health checks at the breeders,

Tecspot is a great cattery and one I HIGHLY considered myself when looking for a kitten. I spoke with Teresa many times and she is a top notch breeder and REALLY loves her cats and kittens. Both of the kittens will have rosettes and I think they will look more like mom. Batman is one of those cats that are few and far between, he is an amazing stud. I think either kitten will be absolutely stunning! How long do you have to choose? 850-1000 would be a fair price for either of them considering where they are coming from. It's also an added bonus if you go pick the kitten up you get to meet Zuko, I'm JEALOUS :)

Edit just to add if I had to choose based off pics alone I would pick #2. His markings are better placed and he has better contrast. However kitten #1 has a very funky pattern which I really like as well!

They both look really nice. Will you have the opportunity to meet them? I think that 10 years from now, when you look back, 95% of your satisfaction (or dissatisfaction) with the cat is going to be based on personality and health. So keep that in mind when making your selection

Wow those prices are nice. I just spent $1600 each for my 2 bengals. I chose them by their personality since I could visit them weekly. (:
Anyways they seem to appear a bit more sparble (spotted-ish with marble) than spotted. I kind of like the second one though. Looks nice as from what I can see.

Thanks to all for the help. Teresa at Tecspot Bengals was wonderful to deal with, she spent lots of time with us and we spent a lot of time with her cats. Including Zuko the Asian Leopard cat! Her accomodations for her cats are top notch. I highly recommend her. We ended up choosing a kitten that was a bit more expensive at $1500 but better quality as far as markings, plus we liked that he is already a brave little guy at 3 weeks ! We are incredibly excited, we will be bringing our new boy, Khan, home the first weekend in April. Here are some pics we took yesterday. They are not the best, these guys do NOT like to hold still!

Wow that's so exciting! I have always wanted to meet Zuko, he seems like a loveable guy compared to most ALC ' S. I can't wait to see more pics of Khan I am sure he will be a knock out. With out a doubt Teresa knows what she is doing and she has paired some of the best cats together to produce amazing litters. Congrats on your new baby and now the wait begins.

How exciting for you. The kitty is gorgeous! It's just really hard to look at a young kitten and try to figure out the markings and coloring at an adult age. Parents are a good indication, but you never know. Congratulations.
