hey all i have 1st pick of the litter and was wondering how long after birth should i go and pick

Talk to the breeder.

As a breeder I do not allow any visits until at least 6 weeks.....

Yea, that's actually kind of tricky, because in a perfect world you'd like to make the decision as late as you can, to get as much insight into the kitten's physical development as well as temperament, but because you have first pick there will probably be pressure to make the decision as early as possible, which means you'll be mostly making it based on markings or initial size. It's kind of a mixed blessing actually.

I have a list with all new owners in order. No kittens can be chosen until they are viewed at 6/7 weeks. Viewing is done in the order of the list. So no pressure at all.

Lollo I would give anything if you were in the states :( you are as close to perfect as a breeder can be!
