Hi everyone - I am very new to this and looking at getting my first bengal:)! I think personality is most important but aside from that I was wondering if you could give me advice about colors?

I would really like a high contrast silver bengal with black rosettes - there are three kittens that are options. I really like the second one but am wondering if the 3rd is the only one who will have the coloring I was looking for - what do you think?

I can't answer your question about the color choice but they all sure are beautiful. I have two sisters from the same litter and their personalities are so different. The really beautiful one is not as friendly as the other smaller one that I didn't want at first. I had to take both of them because they were very attached. I am so glad I did because I never could have entertained one on its own. Plus as it turns out the little one is so loving and never leaves my side. The beautiful one wants affection, but less often and only on her terms.

If your looking for contrast I would go with the first kitten by far. It's not a guarantee but I'm 99% sure the center will "fall out" on those nice big inky spots! While the others will have nice rosettes they will not be nearly as contrasted as the first kitten.

Eta: the pictures are backwards lol. Kitten 3 will have the best rosettes and contrast. The first picture tho

aw I'd have them all - I'm not helping I know!!

It all depends on the genetics of the parents, but this is a great example of how the rosettes can form from big spots.

Thank you for all the input! Here are two updated pictures of their coats (Only boy 2 and 3, and this time I think I have them in the right order now:))

I think for some reason I'm still drawn to how interesting the 2nd one looks but I'm leaning towards the inky one because of your input - thank you all again for the advice!

So difficult to say, I must say I prefer Boy 2's pattern, he has less circularity, but you really need to go look at them and decide about the clarity and depth of colour, photos can be misleading. Boy 2 may be half the size of Boy 3 or vice versa for instance.
Silvers can tarnish and they can fade too and looking at photos may not be the best way to judge and predict.
You may also find when you go there, Boy 1 is a little sweetie and may steal your heart.
