You can wipe him down with a wet washcloth or pet wipes. The only cat I bathe regularly is the long haired one, though the Bengal was in the toilet not long ago and she dealt with her bath rather well.

You could use a damp chamoise leather to wipe him over with to help get rid of the smells from the other house.

I bathe my boys every few months, as long as the weather is warm enough for them to not get a major chill.
Faustbehaves well enough, Max becomes a wild man. Sometimes they just have a funky smell and I know they've been chewing on each other or have gotten into something. They're allergic to the cat wipes, so I really don't have any option. I used to use PetHead shampoo, but they stopped making it, so now I use some gentle stuff that smells like coconut. Who thought it was a good idea to make cat shampoo that smells like strawberries?
