From the picture, to me the coloring and pattern certainly look less than ideal imo. In fact I find it a little strange that a breeder would select that particular cat to be the basis of their breeding program. But I'm not a breeder. Have a look around the "gallery" in the forum and you can decide for yourself. What really matters is what you think. I seem to remember there even being a long thread a while back just specifically for people to post pictures of their snow bengals, so that would give you a good idea. So I would search for "snow" or "snows" in the gallery.
But really, there are more important things to consider than that. Take a very close look at socialization, how the adult cat and kittens react to people. How they are being raised (in a cage? Or free roaming around the house?). And of course health is the primary concern. The fact that a breeder does or doesn't scan for common heart ailments is one key factor, as well as whether the breeder is on top of things as far as vaccinations (they should be documented) and a good breeder will also be very insisting about the kitten leaving at the proper age (12+ weeks). A breeder who is anxious to get the kittens out the door is a major danger signal.
EDIT: Here are the threads I was thinking of:
