A Bombay and a Bengal mated together is cross breeding. If both parents are full pedigree the most the kitten can ever be is a cross breed. If the parents aren't pedigrees in their own rights then the kitten is a Domestic shorthair of no none heritage.
In short no you will not have a Bengal, you will have a cross. Yes you 'may' have Bengal traits but tbh a lot of other breeds have Bengal traits.
If you want a Bengal, go to a 'proper' breeder and get one
If you want a cross breed make sure you are not paying top whack for it and make sure you are getting a healthy kitten. People breeding crosses should not be encouraged - unless an accidental mating ie one off 'oops litter' The reason people cross breed is because they don't have permission to breed from the cats they are. A cat needs to be on the Active register with TICA, FIFe or GCCF to have kittens from. Many breeders will sell kittens on the non-active register because there is a valid reason - the kitten has a heart murmur, born with a flat chest or another abnormality that cannot be bred from. Then when that kitten is fully grown sometimes unscrupulous people will breed from it because they either want 'cute' kittens or to make some money............imagine the effects a defect could have on the resulting kittens......your kitten.
So tbh I think whether your cross breed kitten will have traits of a Bengal is the least of your worries.
Sorry if this is not what you wanted to hear.
