Hello there! My boyfriend and I are interested in getting our first Bengal cat. We already have two neutered male cats (both rescues, aged 7 and 13) and so I thought getting a male Bengal would be best. However, as someone with no experience with Bengals or any pedigree cat, I wanted to make sure getting a male would be best. Or maybe it wouldn't matter? Not sure about this, so any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

I always advise males even if you have male sthey just tend to get on with it, or a girl, doesnt really matter I can see that my advice has helped lol

We got a girl 1st and when we were looking for a 2nd kitten we were advised to get a male as they tend to be a bit more laid back. We ended up getting another little girl as she was the sweetest little thing. I think it's best to go in looking for a personality rather than a specific gender.

You could go either way. If you had 2 females, I would have said male. Search for personality because the sex won't really matter in this situation x
