I love it!

I tried to fill the void by getting a bengal on my Sims 3 game. She's noisy but I don't think they quite did the breed justice. Definitely louder than other cats in the game and I think they really tried to go for the "SOMEONE'S KILLING ME" sound but I still think it's not nearly accurate enough. Even stranger, the fact that they're not noisy enough is more annoying to me than the constant screaming.

Diego was very much the quiet one when we saw him at the breeders, he had some really balshy siblings who stole the show, prancing about the place whereas Diego just wanted cuddles. He loved being carried around and he's still exactly the same today. You can carry him around like a baby and he's perfectly happy, purring away!

In terms of noise, we heard one tiny, pitiful mew from him when we put him in the carrier to take home but apart from that he didnt make a sound. I had really wanted a talker as I've grown up with Siamese cats so was a bit worried I'd picked a rare silent type!!

However, over the next couple of months he gradually got more and more talkative and also became a lot more cheeky :) he still isn't a constant talker like the majority on here, but when he has something vital to inform you of ( I'm hungry, I'm still hungry, I want to go to the toilet, I want to eat that bird, I'm hungry AGAIN) then you most definitely know about it! He particularly shouts if I ever have the audacity to shut him out of the bathroom, god forbid I might want a shower or bath in peace for once....
