You need a DWA license for any cat that is counted as wild, you also need to provide adequate housing too. It's not as simple as owning a cat and you need to put a lot of time into it. There are people out there that think it's 'cool' to own a wild animal and yet they really have no clue about looking after them.
An asian leopard cat and an F1 bengal will need a DWA. Also keep in mind that they are NOT cuddly pets (asian leopard, servals, scottish wild). Even captive bred, they still need to be treated like a wild animal.
I would assume then that you would have your property inspected on a regular basis by the RSPCA and alike.
