I can only re-iterate the advice above, but also repeat what I told someone the other day.
Never buy the first kitten you see when considering a pedigree. Go to visit as many different breeders as you can and see different kittens. Ask lots of questions - I think all good breeders will happily answer your questions and will almost certainly show you the parents, their pedigrees along with details of any show wins - as well as any "bad" sides in the line.
If you do want a rossetted kitten - you may have to wait for a good one. You don't say if this is for breeding/showing or a "pet quality" kitten. If you do want a pet quality, your choice may be wider - but you will have to agree to neutering and possibly not showing - as the breeder will only want to breed & show the best kittens for their lines to remain good quality.
have you considered looking for a "rescue" kitten? Good luck with your search, we hope to hear more from you. Always ask questions on the forum as well - there are so many experienced owners and/or breeders on here who can give you more information.
