It's best not to encourage him to "play" with your toes or hands even though it seems fun when he's very small. As he gets bigger it won't be fun because he'll be able to cause some damage. Try to distract him with a toy of some sort.

Yep.. playing. I have seen foster kittens using that move on each other.. it means.. 'look how big I am.. are you scared?' and then they will usually attack each other and wrestle. Kind of like this:



APOLLO: I am winning Sakura
SAKURA: No!! I AM WINNING! Just let me get out from under here.

Sakura always wins. Apollo is probably lucky she doesn't have front claws.

Cat's ''hunting'' what moves under the duvet.... Sounds very familiar to me..

Until quite recently my 2 would do the wall of death around the house at all sorts of ungodly hours ie:human sleep time But they have calmed down alot, so they are now allowed in the bedroom.

Rebel likes to sleep on my bed, which is fine until........ I'm awoken in fright at a bengal pouncing on my legs.... When I sit up he looks most offended that I have caught him out...

He will also happily sleep on the sofa next to me, but if I move therefore disturbing him, my feet must pay the price Fortunately, he is not aggressive, and I don't have any battle scars...!!!
