That’s true… With her it goes even beyond than just being disorientated. It freezes all her muscles! Even when we pick her up by her neck for nail clipping she tends to resist by trying to pull her head into her shoulders and retracting her nails. But with a hand on her eyes she lets us do ANYTHING (even tickling her tummy!) without her trying to resist :lol:

Lol

Lacie does this while at the vets. She'll either hide her eyes in my armpit or in my hand. I must try it for nail clipping

funny you should mention this....our Daisy jumps up next to us for a tickle..(very rare she does) but before she submits herself she buries her head into our side, leg...couch etc before we are allowed to touch her, we are ok unless we make eye contact.

It must be a 'thing' they do if they are timid but want attention maybe?
