We're trying to teach Nikki how to play fetch, we throw her toys, she tears after them and tosses them around like a crazy girl, then just tosses them to the side and comes back for more...Lol

Any tips on how to teach them to fetch? We've tried rewards, but as soon as she knows we've got food she's all over us, climbing up and whining and such, and forgets all about the toys! :roll:

My cat luna started on her own she has two toys in particular she does it with and i noticed those were the toys she started to carry around in her mouth before trying the fetch thing. At night she jumps on my bed with the toy so i would take it and toss it off the bed out the door she scrambles to get it and bring it back now its a nightly ritual and she does it when im sitting on the couch as well now.
