Lyra stares at me really intently for a while and then touches my mouth or nose with her lovely, tiny, cold nose.
Also, she randomly licks me for a second or 2 and then goes on with whatever she was up to.
Heartmelting!

Sorry, totally random and and irrelevant post, but its so cute I had to ramble.

Hiya Tanith,

I get little headbutts from Bert along with lots of deep purring, and Ernie likes to give us a little lick just to show his appreciation! Very, very cute and always makes up for any little "misdemeanours" like ram-raiding the office door down so they can get in to the room to play ;-)

Missy gives me kitty kisses constantly! It's very sweet, especially after I get home from a long day at work. Sometimes she'll do something like jump on the counter (which she's not allowed to do) and I'll get after her, and she'll walk over to me and give me a kiss. It usually defuses my irritation with her. Smart girl!

And like others have mentioned in this thread, Missy also licks me constantly. She loves to do it while I'm trying to sleep at night or sleeping in on a weekend. It can go on for hours if I let her! She purrs so loudly too. And Filty_Gorgeous, Missy also bites me on the chin just like your Lady, but never hard enough to break the skin or leave the mark. She only does it when she's really happy to be with me. Weird.

Yes my tabbyboy does kiss me when he feels up to it ... sometimes I need to coax him to kiss me .. Other times he will head butt his way and kiss me when he feels like it ...

Oh yes... My silver girl gives me kisses too. She gets the "cuddles" as I call it and she needs about 20 mins of stroking and attention sitting on me. She will come up to my face regularly and touches me with her little cold nose ;-)

Cute! Our brown boy doesn't do that, but he starts drooling when he's extaticly happy ;-)

My kitten is only 10-11 wks old Isis, and she nuzzles, and kisses me all the time. She is very affectionate. On the other hand she can be a meanie, head butting or clawing up my pant leg. Yet her sweet kisses totally makes up for it.

But then, I've always been really affectionate towards them since they were kittens. It shows!

yeah my little Ella, climbs up my chest and kisses me too! It is soooo cute. I was trying to get her to do it last night though when my friend was over to show her what Ella is like....but Ella just went hyperactive all evening...so no kisses in sight until my friend was gone...I do think Bengals like to show off!!

Mikesch gives me kisses, and I'm not the only one. The friend of mine who started feeding him before I took him home got kisses from him, too. He's quite a charmer! And he seems to prefer women. When the (male) neighbor tried to pet him, he just ran away. I guess he's a Lady's Tom. :wink:
