I agree with Brian. Add more litter boxes. However, urinating and spraying are two different things for a cat. Spraying is marking territory. It is very possible there are other cats outside your house that you may not see or smell, but your kitty can. I find it weird that she will spray in the house when she has access to the outdoors and could easily spray and mark there. If she is your only pet, she should not need to mark her territory in that way.
Hopefully, you took her back to the vet to confirm the UTI was gone! Know, too, that cats will continue to spray in the same area even if you clean it completely with an enzymatic cleaner. Cats are creatures of habit.
The other thing is you may need to confine your cat to a particular area of your house. I usually attempt to take away things in that area. If she is spraying the curtains, then pin the curtains up to where she can't spray them. You may want to buy some motion-activated air canisters and place them around the areas where they will shoot some air when she approaches (and you approach as well). The internet has a wealth of information on this and many sites will sell something that will guarantee they stop spraying. I don't believe the for a minute. They claim Feliway will help. Come to think of it, my bengal hasn't sprayed in the house in a while.
