Some thoughts...
1. When it comes to issues around a litterbox, it isn't about what you want, it's about what your cat wants. Once you have a cat that is used to going on the floor and the sofa and your clothes etc., it can be difficult to re-train. You *really* don't want that.
2. The cat genie is just too small imo! Even if you did get your kitten to use it, once your bengal becomes an adult, you are very likely going to have a problem then. Honestly, buy the biggest box you can for your bengal, and then look for a bigger one still! And like others have said, use the same brand of litter that she has used successfully before.
3. Cats want multiple boxes anyway. So there is no need to discard the cat genie. Buy another box (or another two boxes), then let your cat choose.
4. When it comes to accepting or rejecting a box, it's not always about the box, sometimes it's about the litter, and sometimes it's about the location of the box.
