I think you are making some odd assumptions about cause and effect. Here are my observations:
* The "crazy" behavior you describe is very normal for a 4 month old bengal kitten, and has nothing to do with "holding it in" or "having to go". "Play hard, then crash hard" is a perfectly normal pattern, which is what you are describing. And the really hard play is probably the defining characteristic of bengal cats.
* "Trying to calm her down" is pointless, because a bengal that age has a really strong need to play hard like that. And to be happy, she is going to have to spend a certain amount of time, every day, getting that exercise and stimulating play. You have to recognize, and acknowledge that need. You got yourself a bengal! And as you yourself have noted, once they satisfy that need, then you get the cuddily, purry, satisfied kitty... at least until they are ready to do it again! Instead of "trying to calm her down", you need to do the opposite. By encouraging, and participating in her play, particularly at a time that is convenient for you (say, right before you are ready to turn in for bed), you are setting her clock. She plays hard, then poos, then is ready to sleep (right when you are ready to sleep...perfection!). It's really really common for bengal owners to play hard with their cats, right before their (the human's) bedtime for this reason.
* Another positive about encouraging and being an active participant in her play, is that you get to channel it into something more positive. Left to their own devices, bengals will invent their own games, which can be pretty tough on your house and belongings. If you participate in your bengal's play, you teach her funner, more appropriate games.
* Regarding the pooing: cats are often very ritualistic about when they poo. Some will decide that the best time to poo is right before bedtime, or right before dinnertime, or right when they wake up, etc. It sounds like yours is a pre-bedtime poo-er, which is perfectly fine. I don't think it has anything to do with the playtime right before it though. And it's definitely not a "poo poo dance" that she is doing because she has to go. Those things are unrelated. It sounds like she actually has excellent litterbox habits, which you should be very grateful for.
