Obviously, you have not had your kitten very long. Were they introduced properly? Did the new kitten have a safe room for a while? The bigger question is whether Sir Leo is neutered! if not, then it needs to be done. That might eliminate the humping. However, when Raiden attacks another cat, it appears that he is humping the kitty when he is not! This has only happened a couple of times when my eyes were on something else and not trying to keep two male cats separated.
The reason Kit is peeing outside the litter box can be two or three fold. First of all, multiple cat families need multiple litter boxes. Kit may want his own box. Second of all, this is probably stress related due to the aggression of Leo. Kit needs to build up his confidence. As he grows, he will be able to stand his ground more with Leo, but for now, he's a tiny kitty and he's being overwhelmed by Leo. Sounds like you need to continue supervising them for a while.
The other thing is to consult your vet and see if they have any recommendations. Right now, you need to make sure Kit stays safe around Leo.
