My 7 month old Bengal does this every night and I’ve had him for 3 months. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do but shut them out of your bedroom. It isn’t cruel… if you set up an area for her in the living room or wherever else, with a cat tree, some food and toys – she will be fine. She needs to learn that when humans go to sleep – it is not play time. My boy is fine with it.
The only other suggestion I have for you, is to play with her A LOT right before bedtime. Wear her out, make her run and jump around, until she is panting and completely worn out. Play for at least an hour. Then go to bed. She will most likely settle down and sleep with you.
Bengals are attention seeking cats. They always demand and want your attention. They always want to play. You need to make sure that you are playing with her enough during the day so that she is sleeping less during the day and more at night.
If that doesn’t work, there is no other option than to lock her out.
