My bengal seems to like dropping her soft toys into her water bowl, then getting them out. Sometimes I find 3 or 4 all next to the water bowl, dripping wet, with hardly any water left in the bowl itself.

Do your cats do that too?

Mine doesn't put carry any toys in his mouth. The only thing in his water bowl is his paw to get water all over his food and the kitchen floor. I think yours likes clean toys. LOL

All three of my cats "dunk" their toys from time to time. I've never really figured out why, but it seems to be with toys that they have a high regard for, and to signify them being done playing with it for the time being. Maybe trying to keep them "fresh"? Dunno...

Yep Jagger does this too, no idea why and it makes a right mess! Especially as he'll then drag them dripping wet into the hall to leave them to make the carpet wet...

My Neo puts his toys in his food dish all the time. I wish I knew why he did this. I find it pretty funny.

Diesel puts his favorite toy(s) in the water bowls and then "fishes" for them. He'll do it over and over until he gets bored or they get sucked into the pump on the water filter and he can't get them out from under the lid of the bowl

Mira has one ball that she tends to drown in her water bowl.
The ball draws a lot of water, and she will run around the house with it afterwards. It gets really messy

Yep, and then drops them in the dry kibble bowl. One of the others covers the bowl with the dry food + wet toy with a rug. It is a vicious, gross circle....
