We're noticing she has licked and pulled out the fur on parts of her legs, not obvious, but a small patch (about 1cm in diameter) on each leg. She is throwing up about once per week and at night is jumping up at the door!

Before you say "err obviously" she is pooing ok, sleeping ok during the day, eating her food and seems to be purring and meowing ok. We recently began giving her a little bit of meat alongside her normal dry food. Sometimes it goes, sometimes it doesn't. She is an indoor cat with an easy life! We play with her regularly and give her loads of fuss. No flees, no history of illness, but those bare "knees" she has concern me.

No, we have given her some different things to try, but she has never thrown up regularly, it seems to be random, which is confusing, maybe some of the ingredients? I wonder if the jumping up at the door thing is because she doesn't like being closed in a small room over night (The room is about 14ft by 10ft) which is what I thought would be distressing her, but she doesn't complain or meow when we close the door at night. We have left her to try to teach her that jumping up at the door won't get a response, but she won that one at 5am.

Food allergy could be one cause. Your kitty may have a sensitive tummy, thus the vomiting. Changing a cat's diet can affect their digestive system. A stressed out kitty can also pull out their fur. The fact that you keep her secluded at night may be an issue. Bengals long to be with their humans, even sleeping with them. Just because she doesn't complain, doesn't mean she isn't stressed. A visit to the vet could be in order just to check things out.

Ok, thank you. We will look into whether we can have her sleeping in our room or not and see if that calms her down a bit. We will also make sure to keep on the same meat for a while and see if things clear up.

Quasar has been allowed to sleep on our bed since he was big enough to climb up on it. He doesn't always sleep there but he is certainly allowed.
We keep a washable comforter on it so if he barfs on it I can just yank it off and throw it in the washing machine. This morning he gifted us with a doghair ball.

Raiden has cat beds all over the house, but he naps on our bed and sleeps at my feet at night. This was the case from the first night he came into our home (before we even actually owned him). He settled in between me and the hubby. Note that cats sleep where they want ... so if she doesn't want to sleep with you, it's her decision and don't be worried. She may prefer a cat bed in your bedroom. Note: sleeping in your bedroom works mainly when the cat sleeps through the night. If you have a nocturnal kitty, she needs to have her own space. Luckily, Raiden goes to sleep around dark in one of his cat beds in the living room, then when we go to bed, he comes in with us and falls asleep in our bed. Last night, he let me sleep through the night. Normally, he gets me up once because he wants to eat.

If you kitty continues to vomit eating the same food, then you'll need to switch to something else. There are canned foods for cats with sensitive stomachs. My vet sold me one when Raiden had diarrhea. I can't recall the name of it, but I know I was able to find it in a pet store.

Can you upload a photo of the bald patches?
It would help in trying to work out why this is happening if we can see where on the leg they are.

I remember reading someone's post in this forum under Behaviors about Bengal cat's tendency to become obsessive about cleaning particular body parts to the point of creating bald patches and the difficulty in getting them to stop. Since then I've noticed one of my three Bengals has been cleaning between his thighs excessively. He doesn't have any cause to be upset and I fear he is just developing another one of the Bengal breed's weird and Vet obligatory problems. You should try to find the post and see if it might provide an answer for you.
