I am so sorry to hear about Ace escaping. I hope you're able to retrieve him before something bad happens to him.
Moving into a new home can cause problems for a cat who doesn't quite understand what just happened. The loss of a cat door is a HUGE deal to a cat who is used to being able to go in and out at will. You're simply going to have to attempt to get her back on a schedule. A bengal will cry at any time. Mine will usually wake me up at some point an I will get up to feed him. The other night he decided he'd chow down on dry food and let me sleep through the night. I've had cats most of my life and they rarely slept through the night or early morning. This one is a little different. Now that I'm home with him all day long, he will let me sleep in! But when he's up, he's crying so I know what that's like.
You probably need to play with Indiana before going to bed. See if that helps at all. Trying to ignore a cat doesn't always work.
