My boy, Alfie, has been so quiet lately and calm. He is sleeping way more than he usually does. His appetite is the same. He is still loud when it is time to eat.
Actually, I noticed he is getting a little chunky because he
doesn't move that much and isn't getting much excercise. It has been raining a lot lately and he doesn't want to go outside with his leash in the rain either. My friend told me his cat is sleeping all the time now that the weather changed as well. This is my first winter with him. Is this normal cat behavior to sleep and hibernate more during the winter months?

I don't have a bengal (yet) but my other cat is constantly outside. Now the weather has changed he goes out for the toilet but is straight back in laying on the rolled up blanket snoozing his head off. My guess is it is just a winter thing.

I'm not really seeing less activity overall in mine this winter, but the big difference I see is that they gravitate towards the warmer places, and once they bunker down on a heated blanket or similar they are like "*yawn* do we HAVE to get up?", but then once they are up they "go at it" like normal. Infact there has been a higher than normal "zoom factor" in the last weeks for whatever reason, where two cats are frequently sprinting across rooms, up and down stairs after each other.

Alfie's fur and eyes look good. Last night, he actually got a case of the zooms for the first time in a week and did some yowling
which was a relief. I never thought I would be relieved to hear him yowling. :)
I'm hoping this sleepy week was just a winter thing and will keep a close eye on him.

Mine were pretty quiet last night for some reason which was really disconcerting so appreciate how you felt! I do find if we have the fire going they just zonk out in front of it and have no desire to move whatsoever, but other than that (and last night) they're not much different to normal.

I guess if humans can get the winter blues, so can cats. It may have to do with the shorter days and longer nights as Raiden tends to settle down when it gets dark, which is now 3 hours earlier than in the summer time. The other thing is the gloomy weather we have been experiencing, along with a lot of rain. We haven't seen the sun in over a month now. And the temps are cold. Raiden still goes for his daily walks, but they are so much shorter than in the summer. He prefers his heated bed. He normally eats less than in the summer time. I'm sure every cat is different, but if you're concerned, then a trip to the vet should be made. It's better to be safe than sorry. However, since your little guy seems to have gone back to his usual behavior, it could e he just had a bug and didn't feel all that well for a couple of days. It happens with Raiden occasionally.
