My parrot errr... Bengal

My silver boy, Raj, doesn't mind being picked up... as long as he can sit and ride around on my shoulders. Sometimes he even yowls until I let him jump up there. He's even surprise attacked me before to get on my shoulders. Anybody else have a cat that does this?

We have a moggie who does that. And he will also sit and "yell" at you until you let him up on your shoulder.

That's really cool. I'm jealous, I wish mine did that :biggrin:

There used to be a member here who had a bengal who would just up into her arms on command, and then get up on her shoulders. It was neat to see.

My Raiden's mother loved to perch on shoulders. Raiden doesn't! I haven't actually tried to get him up there. I bent over one day to get something out of a lower cabinet and he did jump up on my back. Your baby is just adorable.

One of mine likes to stand on my back, he used to sit on one of my shoulders but not anymore. Bad thing is, he jumps onto my back each time I bend down - picking up stuff, putting on shoes, cleaning toilets, doing their litter trays - i.e. all the times you dont want him to stand on your back.

Wish he'd lay across like that - i'm very jealous!

Ha ha love it when kitties do this. I used to have a tabby cat that loves to climb onto my shoulder and ride around the house with me when I got home from work. Unfortunately I lost her all too young :(

My non bengal now likes to be carried around draped over my shoulder, but not sitting on me.

The only bad part about Raj riding on my shoulders is that this photo is actually a year old... he weighs around 20 pounds (9kg) now and it's a heavy load PLUS claws.

It's actually funny, Raj only likes to be carried on my shoulders, Renny likes to sit with his body on my arm and his legs slung over the sides and Ragnar only likes to be held belly-up in my arms like a baby. I should try to get photos of each!
