My queen has escaped while in season. Is there any type of morning after pill for cats, I know there is for dogs? She will definitely be pregnant she is a year and a half old n has had 2 tabby cats waiting for her for over a week.last thing I need is back yard bengals when im moving shortly. I don't believe there is a morning after pill for cats. However, pregnant females can be spayed. Has she returned home? If so, I'd probably get her to the vet ASAP and have this done. Or, if she is pregnant, you let her have the kittens and you find excellent homes for them. A female cat in heat wants to get to the males as much as they want to get to her. They will find a way to get out and the deed only takes a minute. There is an overabundance of cats in this world and not nearly enough homes for them. It would be best to have your girl spayed. Yes she is back after two days of me going out of my mind. Its just my luck. I dont want to get her spayed yet ill have to wait till she has given birth give her the chance to be a mum just once. "getting rid of them" or "finding them homes"? There is a difference! Since they won't be purebred, you'll more than likely have to give them away. You want to find GOOD homes for them. Some people charge a small fee to cover the costs of caring for them and vet visits (they should all be taken to a vet at some point for their first examinations and vaccines). I'm not sure where you live, but I'm sure you can find a free classified in which to advertise them. Maybe some of your neighbors would like a new kitty. Regardless, two days would mean a fairly simple spay to not have to deal with all of this. I'm sure your kitty doesn't care whether she's a mommy or not. Unless you eventually get her spayed, this can happen over and over again!

There is no need to let a cat have a litter of kittens.
Unless you want to be a breeder, then it is much better to spay her now, whilst she is only two days pregnant, if indeed she is pregnant at all.

Yes me and my partner hav decided that spaying is the only option. vet said its just as simple to spay whilst pregnant and its a uncomplicated operation thanks for the advice guys

I'm glad you're doing this for her. It's one less thing you have to worry about IF she gets out again.
