You got just a teeny little baby! Make sure the litter boxes are where he can get to them. You may have multiple litter boxes, but if he has a long way to go, it's possible he hasn't gotten complete control of his bladder yet. Where does he poop? It's like toilet training a child. Are they open or covered litter boxes? He may not prefer one or the other. Make sure he can easily get inside to use it. If you suspect he needs to go to the bathroom, place him in the litter and praise him when he does use it. It's going to take some time. You're a new parent here and while most cats adjust okay, there are some that take more time. I know it's aggravating, but patience will go a long way. Don't yell or scream at him. He doesn't know what he's done wrong -- especially at 11 weeks for gosh sakes. You've made a commitment to his little boy, and you'll have to work your way through this. I'm sure you've had him to the vet to be checked out and there are no underlying medical problems.
