Hi All, Just wanted opinions on something that happened this morning that was very out of character for my little Bengal boy. Percy is almost one year old 22.3.13 and we have had him since September last year. He up until now has excellent toilet habits, always using one of the trays left for him, which are cleaned after every use. This morning I had been out on the yard doing my horses, came in for a shower and left a pile of washing on the landing upstairs. The doorbell rang, a delivery lady asking if I would take a large parcel in for next door. Percy was stood behind me and let out a really loud GROWL....... I turned round and all his hair was stood up and he was growling for all he was worth, something he has never done before. He shot past me up the stairs and I went after him, cuddled him and he appeared back to normal. Next thing I see him squatting on my husbands trousers and having a little wee...... he has never done this before. Do you think it was fright, or maybe asserting his authority or marking his territory I really have no idea. I didn't scold him as it was so out of character, should I have done? Any ideas?
