I hope someone can help.

We have an issue with our 1 year old Bengal girl where she has started pooing in our spare bedroom. At first we thought it might be because we had just moved and she was stressed, however we have been there over 4 months now.
She has been provided with 3 litter trays in our flat which we regularly clean out that day if she has peed or pooed in any of them.
Any ideas of how we can stop her doing this would be greatly received, as we don't want to just have the door closed.

Oh dear. Have you ruled out anything medically being wrong with your girl? Is her poop normal looking? If it's not then that could signify something wrong down there. Does she strain? Does she cry? There are so many reasons -- you've got to eliminate the reasons one at a time.

It all seems rather normal when she does it on the floor and she isn't vocal when she is doing the deed. Though she does seem to talk a lot just before she wants to go and runs from tray to tray scratching around in them and then going to the next.
I hadn't even thought that there might be something medically wrong, a trip to the vets then.

I have similar story with my boy , would like to know the answer too.
My boy started pooing in the plant pots originally, which I can understand.
When all plants have been moved or killed, and I continued train him to go to the litter box , it all ended up with him pooing right next to the litter box. I fought for him to go to the box, 1.5 years later we compromised that he will go on the floor cover sheet by the litter box.
He sometimes once a month or so will poo in the litter box , and the rest is on the cover sheet on the floor.
Checked all his poo several times etc - nothing came up.
He is also vocal right before he goes pee or poo.
