We've decided to switch from Arm and Hammer clumping litter to the worlds best litter. I figure it won't track around the house so much, get caught between kitty toes as much and will be easier to clean since it's corn and not clay. Clay tends to stick to everything, but you probably already knew that It'll probably be better for our allergies since there won't be any dust (we use the fragrance free but I can still smell it).

I set up the second litter box and fill it with the worlds best. Milo immediately climbs into the box and starts digging around. WOOHOO I thought, he already likes it. Well, he wasn't just digging, he was sampling it as well! :blink: Yup, my nutty bengal was eating the corn kitty litter! I check the bag to see if it's safe for consumption. Lo and behold it says right there on the bag that it's natural for cats to want to eat it, take a little sample taste he had a few small nibbles then walked away.

Someone did at least use it for a a litter box last night. They're still preferring the old clay litter but I hope to slowly switch them over and get rid of it. The worlds best does clump very nicely and doesn't stick like the old litter. So far I'm impressed with it.

We've been using World's best since we picked up our two and we find that indeed it is the worlds best. Unfortunately, over here at least, it seems to be the worlds most expensive too! Doesn't last even half as long as it says it does on the packet, guess those figures don't take Bengals into account We've tried other litters and we've always ended up going back to it as they don't like anything else as much and end up doing "accidents"....

There is also the fact, that is clumps, doesn't smell, is easier to remove messes from it and is dustfree so is unharmless to our cats.

We have tried all sort of different types of cat litter now and always end up going back to worlds best. Nothing beats it.

I was looking at one of them automated cat litter thingys at a show stall recently.....I'm gonna get one soon they are cool..... <a href='http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4349022526' target='_blank'>check them out here!</a>.....also ebays prices are much cheaper than his (he wanted ?179.99)

But anyways the guy who was giving the demo said it works best with "worlds best litter".....He said you've really got to use a clumping litter, So I guess we'll be changing over soon too!

How much more expensive is it than the normal everyday litter?

The breeder ours came from had a litter maid, they are ace.....as you say, bit expensive though, they are much cheaper on that link you posted, but $90 to post to the UK Still works out cheaper I guess, just about...

The biggest bag of worlds best works out at about ?30 and this lasts about a month with our two.... Yup, seems to be the world's most expensive litter here as well. So far it's lasting as long as they say it will. Of course every time I scoop, it's only one clump of kitty pee :blink: I guess they're not all using the box I'm going to try mixing it with the usual litter until they're used to it.

I pay about $12 for a 30 pound box of the Arm & Hammer. The Worlds best is $17 for a 17 pound bag. It's almost twice as much per pound but so far it seems to be worth every penny.

It cleans (scoops) so much more cleanly than regular clumping litters, doesn't smell at all (and I am very sensitive to fragrances and odors) doesn't track all over the house, and if ingested won't clump inside my kitties causing bowel obstructions.

Unfortunately that seems to happen with a lot of American things that end up over here, we pay the same amount in ? as it costs in $ in the US

I just got my first bags of world's best off of ebay yesterday. Both cats are using it and it goes clump well. Will have to see how long it lasts. I do like the fact there is not much dust with it.

We find it doesn't last anywhere near what it says on the back of the packet.... It is still however the only litter they really like and we have no accidents when we have that down...

How much did you pay on ebay if you don't mind me asking? I've looked on there, but found it to be no cheaper than the site I posted above....

I paid ?44.99 for 6 -7lb bags,but looked on your site and the 34lb bag is cheaper. I will be buying it off your site next time.

Dunno why, but the big bags don't seem to last as long as the same amount but in smaller bags - i.e. 2 x 17lb bags will last longer than 1 x 34lb bag....
