sounds to me like he might need a companion, have you thought of getting another bengal as a playmate?

Rhiannon---I can totally relate. Buddy loves to bite us and I usually get the hard skin breaking ones. He bites me even if I play gentle, hold and cuddle him but is very mean when being disciplined. (Bet he would change his 'tude if I let our 45 lb. Border Collie mix get in his face...just kidding). The last three days have been brutal and I've come very close to taking him back to the rescue organization we went to. Today was the last straw; no matter what I do seems to please Buddy. We did have him neutered @ 12 weeks. Have you ever tried a muzzle on Ollie? Thanks for letting me vent---I'm hoping as "Baddy" and Ollie reach adulthood that the urge to bit tapers off a bit.

Naw never tried a muzzle. They make them for cats? He has soft paws on so thats a big help for when he wants to dig his claws in to us.

I found some on a web-site for pet supplies; googled "muzzles for cats" and by golly, they exist! Most look like a snow-cone cup folded in half with the tip cut off but, I did find one that resembled an extra large wicker hummingbird's nest (half of a tennis ball shape). I would only use it on Buddy if all else fails.

I'm feeling alot better about Buddy--and will try some of the tips that others on this forum have shared. Do Bengals get along better with same sex Bengals or are they OK with a different breed? I asked because we may end up getting a Maine Coon companion somewhere down the line. Thank you Jeff, and that thread, for a needed laugh.
