Bailey, hoping to be elected President for Life of the Cat Condo Association, he called a meeting:

The meeting became chaotic when Kayley insisted that "Kayley's Rules of Order (not Robert's) had to be used:

Bailey is seen reviewing the waver petition by Kayley (atop the bookcase) and realizes that a denial means that she will jump on him and an approval will have the same result (and it did--those large, soft landing places are always on her mind)!
