Just needing some advice.
I have 2 Bengals Khloe is 9 Lexxi is 8. Both are spayed. Both are indoor cats. I have never had an issue with either of them when it comes to using the litter box.
They have been together their whole life. 4 months ago we moved and the move went great.
About a month ago Khloe started peeing in different places ex: tub , in her bed, on floor, in a chair, in the window.
Took her to our vet she had a steroid injection and an antibiotic injection. He thinks she had a UTI shes not diabetic
she slowed down her peeing in places but didnt stop she went back and got another injection of antibiotic.
That lasted few days too.
We have 2 litter boxes downstairs, she seems to be more clingy now but neither one of them is really lap cat.

Not sure what to do next Anyone else have an issue like this?

Welcome to the forum! Sounds like classic stress to me, triggered by the house move. Stress can cause UTIs so you really need to sort the stress issue out. Obviously you can't move back to your old house, so my suggestion would be to try zylkene to help calm them down. It's a milk protein and totally natural. I use it with my Bengal, Jagger when he's stressed and in general he will then use the litter tray again rather than elsewhere.

Of course you need to thoroughly clean where they have peed outside the box or they will return there. Use an appropriate pet cleaner and invest in a black light (they're not expensive) and it will show any areas you may have missed and if you have cleaned it all thoroughly.

As a UTI has been diagnosed, it may be that there will be bad associations with the litter box as well if pain was experienced when peeing in there. It may be worth trying a different type of litter to help bypass the issue. Also introduce a couple more litter boxes and have a couple upstairs as well so there is always one nearby. When I've had a UTI sometimes you just need to go so she will need a 'bathroom' close by or she may have an accident. Some of it might be the placement of the litter boxes as well now you've moved house. They might prefer them elsewhere. By introducing additional ones, you can see which ones get used and which ones don't.

Another thing my vet told me when Jagger was peeing inappropriately was to get a soft clean cloth and wipe his face with it and then go around the house, effectively marking it for him with his pheromones. Which will help them get their scent over the new house. Who knows, the previous occupant may have had cats they can smell and are stressing them out! They have been taken from their old and happy territory and plonked in a new and unfamiliar place and won't understand why, so I'm sure they just need a helping hand to settle and establish their new territory.

Also feliway plug-ins are good and worth a try if you haven't already.

Hope this helps give you a few more ideas to try and I'm sure others will be along to give advice too. I can't recommend zylkene enough, I turn to it regularly with Jagger when he has peeing/spraying issues!

Welcome to our great forum. This is the #1 issue plaguing cat owners. I'm not sure why a vet would only "think" the cat has a UTI. Did they not test the urine?

Usually a cat will react to a stressful move almost immediately, not a month after the fact, but every cat is different. My bengal has started spraying/peeing in other areas (right next to a Feliway diffuser). Clare has offered a great suggestion with the rubbing of the scent.

Naturally, clean the areas with an enzymatic cleaner made especially for cat urine. Natures Miracle is what I use.

I might also suggest additional litter boxes. It sounds as if you have a multi-level house. That would require boxes upstairs as well as down. Ideally, you need at least 1 per cat plus one extra in each area. If your upstairs is small, then just place one up there.

I am considering purchasing cat diapers and use them on my cat overnight. His inappropriate marking and peeing is always early in the morning while we are readying for our morning walk. He has a full stash of urine and wants to spray the shrubs and trees on our walk.

I do hope things improve for you. I know it is super aggravating.
